Big news on the Time Traveler show

So, Joseph Fink and I finally set some dates for our two-man show “What the Time Traveler Will Have Told Our Alternate Selves.” It’ll be August 4 – 13. I don’t know if I can announce location yet, so I’ll just say New York.

We’re both excited and still very proud of the script we’ve built. The next steps seem to be: 1) shape it into a fully-produced show; 2) figure out how to sell the damn thing.

WTTTWHTOAS is abstract prose and Neo-Futurism and sometimes just simple table & mic monologuing (all of which are styles we admire). It’s about a time traveler who has some pretty awful news. It’s about a fictional woman who is a lot of things and a lot of people. It’s about my grandfather. There are two murderers in it. And it’s about how to actually travel in time. There will also be toast and video projectors.

That’s a pretty not ideal paragraph for a brochure. So, I’ll keep hammering on it. In the meantime, save the dates, yo.
